We are very proud of the people who work for our firm. Our firm has developed a work atmosphere of cooperative effort toward a common goal. Our staff works very hard but they work with the knowledge that they have the full support of the managers and attorneys in the firm.

Attorneys

We are always looking for good lawyers who are interested in our area of the law. It takes a certain type of person to work for Social Security claimants against the government. It takes a lawyer who is willing to go up against the government for people who are down and out because of an injury or an illness.

When we hire lawyers, we train them in house in social security law and then have them take part in an on the job training period. It normally takes six months before our lawyers are ready to handle disability hearings by themselves.

Case Managers

Our case managers are people who have been trained in a formal, in house, training program and then supervised on the job to ensure that they are able to help us prepare our clients’ cases. We normally hire potential case managers to work in clerical positions with our firm while they are learning how to handle social security case work up. It normally takes six months or more for a person to be ready to be a case manager in our firm.
